Oktoberfest- ABV:5.6% **Gluten Reduced** German Marzen- Malt forward lager with notes of roasted biscuit and bread with a crisp finish
Valhalla. Where many brave warriors sought entrance upon their Earthly death. Lucky for you, you don’t have to die in battle, let alone be brave to be granted access to Valhalla! A delightfully juicy IPA hopped full of Cascade, Citra, and most importantly Galaxy hops. All of these hops come together in a delicious blend resulting in a beer with heavy notes of citrus fruit, pineapple, and hibiscus, with a flavor profile that is incredibly citrus forward with subtle notes of mango, pineapple, and grapefruit. Skål from Pangaea to you!
** Gluten Reduced** Due to legal reasons we cannot say the name of the beverage we attempted to recreate; but what we can say about this seltzer is that it is easy drinking and incredibly refreshing.
Sitting on a beach. Warm sand on your toes juxtaposed by the ice cold light ‘cerveza’ with the lime in it in your hand. That is the feeling we here at Pangaea strove to bring to you with our Chupacabrew; a light, crisp, Puerto Rican inspired lager brewed with lime zest to add a hint of citrus. Best served ice cold with a lime slice.
We did a collab with our friends at Carolina Baurnhouse and New Groove Brewing for the Crafted in Carolina festival Beer festival. We had champagne on the brain when we brewed this dry highly carbonated IPA. Brewed with a super clean malt profile and a slight amount of juice for a complex malt back bone and dropped heavily with Pacifica, Ekuanot, Ella and Amarillo hops. A heavy amount of carbonation makes this 7.5% ipa surprisingly light and drinkable.
Daydrinkers double shot is the culmination of a growing friendship between Corey and the Daydrinkers girls, Katie and Nikki. Just a couple of kids taking a double shot of life and chasing their dreams over coffee and beer. We hope you sip her and finally chase your double shot, too.
We dosed this oated blonde ale with loads of daydrinkers coffee and vanilla to give this light ale notes of chocolate, vanilla, light roast coffee and sweet berries.
Fig and Harissa IPA, in collaboration with Curean GVL we brewed this Mediterranean inspired IPA. Oven roasted Chilies and Figs were dosed into this clean IPA with fresh lemon zest and ground coriander. Loads of citrus and fig on the aromas with a slight clean roasted pepper finish
Sometimes you need a little naughty and nice behavior to get you through the holidays. This collaboration with Wandering Bard Meadery takes that same idea and gets it into your pint glass. Taking inspiration from gingerbread cookies, we used loads of mesquite blossom honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and freshly peeled ginger to give this holiday ale a depth of flavors for any occasion.
**Gluten Reduced** Taking inspiration from the resurgence of the Italian Pilsner, we took inspiration from freshly brewed Italian coffee. Notes of mocha, dark roast cappuccino and smooth oats give this traditionally lagered beer a silky smooth finish that is perfect for any weather.
In support of our favorite soccer club “ The Greenville Triumph” we decided to partner with their fanbase: The Reedy River Riot. To support them more fully we made a beer that all Triumph fans can enjoy, or anyone for that matter. This amber Czech Pilsner has a delicious malty sweetness that all beer drinkers are sure to enjoy.
You ever been ringside at a WWF wrestling match (cir.1996) and saw the one, the only, “Stone Cold Steve Austin” hop onto the ropes crack open not one, but two lite beers and proceed to not only crush them, but his opponent as well? With this “Stone Cold” beer that is the exact feeling we tried to recreate; absolute dominance. The cryo hops we used create an incredible amount of flavor whilst smoothing the beer out creating an absolutely crushable beer. So wether you’re ringside watching Steve Austin hitting his famous “Stone Cold Stunner” or are simply having a few beers watching the game, this beer has got you covered. Austin 3:16
