For this collab with Scuffletown Food Truck Park we decided to try our hand at a traditional Gose. The inspiration for this came from the owner of Scuffletown’s time spent stationed in Germany, where he enjoyed a number of their delicious libations. With the Gose being a personal favorite of his we decided to try and replicate his favorite. This traditional Gose has aromas of malt and coriander while the taste is a delicate balance of malty sweetness and sea salt.
