Barrel Aged Stout
Let’s be honest, what could possibly be more Canadian than maple syrup and whisky? Hockey, yes, but we didn’t want to add in a hockey puck. Aged in a maple syrup barrel that once help rye whisky, this imperial stout has the best of both worlds: a slight sweetness from the maple syrup and notes of caramel and vanilla with a slight spice from the whisky. With this kind of big Canadian flavor we thought it only apt to name it after Canada’s most recognizable men in uniform.
