Certain hops already give off aromas and flavors of mango so why not just add mango into an already fruity IPA? That is quite literally, EXACTLY what we did here at Pangaea. By adding in mango it not only smooths out the hop bitterness but helps to accentuate those fruit flavors already present in the beer. You will find Mariposa Gigante a light and refreshing beer despite its 6% ABV.
