When we partnered with The Black Thai food truck we decided upon the name Black Thaiger for this Thai inspired wheat beer. A simple wheat beer with freshly chopped ginger, lemongrass, and lemon zest to give it a nice citrus pop and a slight ginger spice to it. Best enjoyed eating spicy foods such as our Pad Thai to cool off.
