Carmella’s Cafe and Desert Bar is famous for their carrot cake so we here at Pangaea made a pastry stout inspired by those flavors. Using several pounds of roasted carrots along with generous amounts of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla, this pastry stout is as close as you can get to a carrot cake in a bottle.
