Earl Grey pale ale. Unity and community were the main focus for this collaboration with Methodical Coffee and Southernside Brewing. With the grand opening of Greenville’s Unity Park, we wanted to showcase as many of the local business in the park as we could. The brew teams at Pangaea and Southernside used Methodical’s new Earl Grey loose leaf tea in the boil and cold side addition. Herbal notes of lavender, citrus and freshly cracked pepper. Floral and bergamot orange flavors with a smooth dry finish.
