In collaboration with the local band Quality Time, we made a session IPA with Citra and Azacca hops. Citra offers the beer a deliciously orange fruit flavor while the Azacca adds a slight peppery spice to it; these hops help not only to balance each other out, but also helps to bring out the more subtle flavors of each other. Sit back, turn on some quality jams, crack open this beer, and you’re guaranteed to have a Quality Time.
