The inspiration for this imperial stout is two fold: Times Square, Manhattan, a place where a massive party is held to bring in the new year. Conjointly the name of an absolutely delicious cocktail. Here at Pangaea, we are big proponents of togetherness, and what better way to bring in the new year than enjoying our take on a Manhattan? Aged in a Six and twenty Old Money Whiskey barrel, we added in orange blossom honey to smooth out the flavor, and fresh citrus pop.
