A Collab with our good friends right across the river from us Southernside. We mash hopped this pale ale with Czech Saaz and dbl dry hopped it with Idaho 7 and Rakau hops. Fermented with Omega’s Helio Gazer yeast. Expect notes of dank pine, sugary grapefruit citrus and stone fruits.
